should I join this class action suit?

Class Actions Plaintiff
Katchup asked:

I was contacted by phone with information stating that I am part of a class action law suit. They gave me the web address, and due to the circumstances that I read I fall into the category and would qualify as a plaintiff. I was part of another class action suit in which the suit was won and I received $50.00, know telling what the lawyers earned. I am sure the persons who bought the suit got a great deal. I have 7 days to either w/draw myself or stay with the suit. If they win, I won’t be bound by any judgments or payouts obviously, and I would be free to bring my own case. The only thing is I don’t have money to pay for my own attorney. I am pretty sure if they win, I would receive a couple of dollars, the attorneys would receive the vast amount, but the plaintiffs who bought the case would probably receive a nice chunk. Give me your thoughts guys. Oh by the way, I took time out emailing lawyers, giving them the web address for the case….no response yet.
please don’t give me a financial statement like the girl under did. A lawfirm, not a lawyer is taking the case, it is scheduled for superior court. They don’t take cases unless it is worth it to them financially.

I suspect this company and its management deliberately mislead investors and were responsible for massive shareholder losses. If anyone has lost money investing in this stock, please respond to this question and I will e-mail you. I am attempting to organize potential plaintiffs for a class-action lawsuit. The stock traded as high as .16 and has since dropped to .0006. A loss of nearly 100%.

Why has there not been a class-action lawsuit brought against Ticketmaster? Why would the Plaintiff in this case not win? Filing a class action lawsuit against a judge?

Class Actions Plaintiff
cnr1028 asked:

I know people say you cannot sue a judge, however I do know that in some instances where this can in fact be done but as the plaintiff we have the burden of proof. My question is how many people does there need to be to be considered a class action? We are in the state of NJ and the judge we had in a family court cases has screwed up many cases that she was pulled from the family division of the court system. She was then moved to criminal where she continues to show her incompetence. I know no attorney will touch this case but I feel for the rights of all the people negatively affected by her decisions something needs to be done. I know others as well as myself have had to spend thousands of dollars in and out of court to try and reverse her mistakes and I don’t feel that the answer is as simple as “file an appeal”.

If a judge is making rulings in cases she should be competent enough in order to base those ruling on the law and not on her opinion. Please help with this process
