    hi, get a lawyer so u get what’s comming to u & it takes about 2 years or more if your injuries r serious. good luck.

    I was in a car wreck, it was the other drivers fault, I called a prominate lawyer from the yellow pages.My car was totaled, I got a payoff for it from the insurance company with no problems. I had a crushed foot from slamming the break, bruises ect. 4 years later the case was settled, My medical bills were covered and I recieved a small settlement, the lawyer recieved $14,000 from the sttlement. If I had to do it over again I personally would not hire a lawyer because I am pretty sure I would have recieved at least what I did without the lawyer, and got to keep the $14,000 he charged.If the insurance company is cooperating with you to pay bills ect, why waste money on a lawyer?
