I was in a car accident almost a year ago, my back was injured and I still have pain! What do I do?
Crystal asked:
After my accident I opened an injury claim with AAA, the insurer of the car at fault. Then I got a letter saying since they hadn’t heard from me in a few months that they would just close the the claim. I still have back pains and don’t know how to handle the insurance claim.

I’ve tried meds for my back, and they all just make me really tired or disagree with my stomach. I’ve also tried physically therapy a couple of times but it just made it worse. I don’t know what to do to save my back and and I don’t know how to make sure I am repaid somehow for pain and suffereing. So I guess I’m looking for legal advice too? I’m only 23 and I have back issues and it’s not my fault! What do I do? I’ll take ANY kind of advice…Dr’s? Lawyers!? HELP ME PLEASE!! Thanks!!!!!

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your situation. Not sure how to handle the insurance claim, but regarding your back pain, I have heard many people recover from injuries by taking OPC-3 from Market America. OPC-3 has been proved to have many positive effects on our bodies with no side effects. It helps the cells repair themselves. You can read detailed info about the product by going to the address below. Good luck!
def get a lawyer asap. then you got to do an MRI. if after 6 months of PT you still have a lot of pain you got to consider if spine surgery is something you want to look at.also too if there is damage done to your spine and it’s a result from the accident it will add to your settlement.advice is first see what your ISSUE is ,if its a disc issue then i would rec commend going where i did.
