Hello,
i was recently in a car accident. A car had pulled in front of us when they were at a stop sign. We were going 40 miles an hour. I had gotten a concusion, my knees are still having pain, and I got stiches above my eye. My mother also got a concussion, neck pain, and broke her ankle. How much do you expect we will recieve for our injuries? I also believe that there was something wrong with the other driver because he could clearly see us, but still pulled out. It, to me, was attempted murder. But back to the question… We have a lawyer already and we’re waiting for the trial. How much do you expect we will get?
No It was an attempt to hit us for insurance money. If you were older and wiser you would undertstand how some people are and how they are greedy. I just want to throw the greed back in his face.

Since you already have a lawyer, who is familiar with all the details of your case, and with the judge, and the respective insurance companies, why in heaven’s name don’t you ask him. I am quite sure that he could give a much better answer than you will ever get on a silly forum like this.
Attempted murder? It was a car accident,not an attempt to murder you.
How much you get depends on who was cited for the accident and how much insurance that person has. You will get your medical bills paid probably,but not much more. It isn’t the lottery. My guess is whatever you get,your lawyer will get most of it.
