Twelve strangers on the jury heard ALL of the evidence and, together,concluded the same thing based on what they were presented with. It was not a hung jury. They found the man not guilty. White people in their arrogance expected the jury to ignore the evidence and find OJ guilty because that’s the conclusion they came to without having heard the same information that the jury heard during the trial. How are white folks so sure that they are right and the jury is wrong? According to white folks, he just had to be guilty because he is a Blackman. Ron and Nicole were probably into some dirty drug related mess together and it caught up with them. If OJ is guilty why didn’t the best lawyers that money could buy prove it? This trial proved how white people will turn their backs on Blacks when it comes down to chosing sides between Black and white. Whites are always going to stick with white.
The civil (racist) trial was to appease the Goldman family. It stands to reason that if twelve Blacks found him not guilty in a criminal case, and then twelve whites turn right around and find him guilty, but of no crime, and after the fact, in a civil case, then the civil trial was a witch hunt and a sham designed to take a rich Blackman’s money. What is he guilty of? He isn’t in jail, and he hasn’t paid the families.
About the Robert Blake trial: Wasn’t this crime outrageous? Wasn’t the evidence against him as strong or stronger than with OJ Simpson? Where is the hateful outcry from white people about that high profile case? SILENCE. Because it wasn’t as "sexy "as the OJ case because they both were white.

I recently sued a lawyer and his clients for defamation and negligance?
I recently filed a lawsuit against a law firm, and their clients for defamation, and negligance, because they accused me criminal activity. I have evidence that they did this, and this is why I filed they lawsuit. One of the attorneys, that I sued, has been in constant contact with the judge, and the da for the state. They are claiming that I am harrassing their clients, because I sued them for actions that they did to me. This is the main reason that they are trying to lock me up. I am proceeding pro-se in the civil case, but I have a lawyer for the criminal case. Is it against the law, to have someone locked up, because she is exercising their rights to sue them. Can I notify the state board on what they are doing. I mean the lawyers threatened me, and told me that if I had his clients served, he was going to have me locked up,or countersue me. What should I do.

I have to find an attny who would bring suit against another attny. I am representing myself pro se in a civil case and in an order the opposing council ( who was ordered to draw up an order for the civil case ) made a statement of fact ….IS …..not appears to be not it is of opinion it states IS.. I have proof that i can disprove his statement and it is something of great concern as the order is public record. It will harm me personally and professionally.
