If I was to go to law school, which type of lawyer makes the….?
I want to become a lawyer- no doubt about that. And I thought Criminal Justice wass the type of lawyer I wanted to be, but now… I dont know. Which is the best type of lawyer? Like one that makes a nice load of money (I really want to work at a BIG law firm in NY and I know I must work super hard in order to get in) but has time for family and friends… I want to have a happy family and have time for kids and friends and husband, not just all work. I know those types of parents that think that if they make a load of money and never see their kid, that their kid will be happy which is not true. I just want to make enough money so I never have to ask anyone for anything and can support myself and my family pretty well, plus have time for family and friends, you know? What kind of lawyer fills in those requirements? Does a criminal justice lawyer fill in those requirements?
tickets question w/ poss of mary j and lawyers?
i got three tickets today, one for not using a turn signal, one for parking an impedment to others, and the other for possession of marijuana. i really need the poss of marijuana dropped because i want to join the military what is the best way to deal with that? should i get a lawyer? but how much does it cost i dont have alot of money. the tickets all together are 5 and i barely have enough money to pay for those. i dont know much about court and tickets so help me as much as you can thanks pour all the info you can at me and you will be thanked and given 10 points
how to get pro bono lawyer or free legal advice?
in california. where do i search for them? and for little to no money. will they help you only when your convicted or can they help you while your in jail? who can you write to if you feel like just because you dont have enough money to afford a lawyer nobody is focusing on your case properly. i really need help and im looking for advice. so if you cant give me advice please dont write on this page. who can we write to? the state bar association. what are our rights.
Do you think all non-murder crimes can be avoided with a good lawyer?
It seems to me that with enough money to spread around and having some of the best lawyers in the country (U.S), people who are in trial can almost get away with anything.

i live in ohio. my mom does not have enough money to pay for a lawyer but life insurance and my dads work is dicking around with the life insurance and social security is also dicking around paying survivors benefits. please help!
What happens when you have a deliquent credit card and the attorneys are calling you?
I am deliquent on 7 cards but only one has been harassing me since it was 2 days late. The others have just kept adding it to my bill each month. This card company called me 8 or 10 times a day from 8 am till 10 pm and even on sunday mornings. Mostly automated caling things and since I have an answering machine, they were all hang up calls. This is a card that I closed 3 years back because they just kept raising the interest although I paid my bill 2 weeks early everymonth. I made timely payments for almost 3 years but can no longer do it. They have turned it over to an attorney and I got a call sunday morning and today. I have written the credit card company and explained my situation but they have ignored it. I was sending a small payment to them but it made no difference to them and I can no longer send it anyway. I have no money for anything except rent and food, and feeding my child. I am a few weeks away from not even having rent money, so I’m in serious trouble.
I have no one to turn to, no friends, family is at a distance and the main reason my life fell apart and I got into this situation of not having enough money. I don’t own anything, not even a car so I have no assets. They have called twice. How long will it take them to actually take me to court? This law firm is from another state.
I am 3 months deliquent on my cards.
I have called various numbers to get legal assistance and only got automated recordings and have been told that they don’t handle bankrupcty cases. I have zero money for an attorney to file bankruptcy and there doesn’t seem to be any legal assistance available to me in HOuston. Plenty of free consutlations available, but actual legal representation assistance, zero.

some states have mandatory jail time for aggravated DWI, even if it is your first time.
New York, however, jail time isnt mandatory, due to the overpopulated jail system, and other determining factors.
Ive screwed up in the worst way. I was foolish, and drove home from a party, while drunk. I was trying to get home to my wife, because i didnt want to sleep in an unknown place. There is no excuse at all, for what i have done, and im glad nobody was hurt by my thoughtless action.
I was arrested in Ontario County, New York (ontario county has the highest conviction rate for DWI in the whole state).
I AM SCREWED. I cant afford a lawyer right now because the money i have is spoken for (rent)…but according to the appointed council application i filled out, im not poor enough for a public defender?
I feel like im trapped and losing time, against my will.
The DWI conviction rate in this county is 98%. My wife and i only make enough money to pay for our expenses, and if we hired a lawyer, and still ended up losing the case, we would surely be unable to pay rent, higher car insurance premiums, etc. MY fear is that what i have done will ultimately put us on the street.
MY wife has been greatly supportive throught this (i really dont deserve her).
I just dont know what to do… (first court appearance june 18th)

I went to an estate auction thiis past Saturday. I got caught up in the bidding and ended up buying a $4,000,?
I went to the bank and found out I did not have enougth money in my savings or checking accountt. Iimmediatelyy went back and told the head auctioneer I did not have enough money to cover the bid for the boat. They auctioned the boat again for 00.00. The estate lawyer says I have to pay the difference.My question is I have a brain injury and dp these things sometimes. Is it the law that I have to pay the difference?
