Should I do anything when the person I rear-ended hired a lawyer to talk to the insurance company?
About two weeks ago I rear-ended a girl doing 20mph. When she got out of the car, she said she fine when I asked, and it was actually a nice conversation since I was in her Bio class. I even gave her a hug, hahaha, because I felt really bad. I knew I was at fault, I had comprehensive insurance and money in the bank for my deductible, so I really didn’t worry because we were both fine and insurance would take care of repairs.
I saw her five days later in my bio class, and we even sat at the same table during lab. She was acting normal and definitely not injured while we were dissecting.
I call my insurance claims office two days ago and find out that the claim isn’t closed yet because she hired a lawyer and claimed she has whiplash. The guy in the claims department said I shouldn’t worry because this is a normal occurrence. But should I be worried? Is there anything that I should do now that she has a lawyer? Especially since I saw her five days after the accident, and she didn’t have a neck brace and didn’t make a peep or grimace when she was standing up then bending over to help with dissection? I read online, and it says usually injury from whiplash shows its symptoms 24-72 after the injury.
I dunno, I just really feel like this girl is taking advantage of the accident and like this is fraud. I’m just not sure what I should do.

Victim? I’m about to become a victim of someone’s fraud! This girl isn’t hurt! That’s the point of this question.
The police were called, and I called my insurance right after.
Any of you guys a lawyer?
I am a medical student and also doing research within the university on mitochondrial ageing. I also have a small lab in the basement of my house. Sometimes I get samples of chemicals and tubes, etc. because I tell them that I am medical student but when they ask me for the address of the university I always give them my home address and so the chemicals arrive at my house (samples are of course small quantities.) The question is would this be considered fraud? could I possibly get into some kind of trouble? Of course I do not make any illegal drugs or explosives, merely doing scientific work at home, sometimes.
My Mother purchased a Life Insurance Policy through Lincoln National Life Insurance? Is there fraud?
The policy is a Flexible Premium Adjustable Life Insurance Policy. A lawyer nephew of her new husband sold it to her, and she signed it before we, or her lawyer got to look at it. She claims 1) She has to pay no premiums 2) If she dies before 2011, we will receive million 3) If she lives longer, she gets 0,000 per year sent to her! Is there a fraud like this going on?

SCOTT ROTHSTEIN FRAUD-FBI WIDENS THE PROBE, Part 2 of 2
In yet another bizzare and troubling turn the FBI in South Florida today asked the public to come forward with evidence and information regarding the Scott Rothstein structured settlement fraud, which they now estimate may exceed billion in losses. In a special edition of Voices of the Law, Mark Wahlstrom and Jan Schlichtmann discuss how this fraud has smeared the structured settlement industry by falsely implying that Rothstein was selling or manipulating structured settlements, when in fact it was a standard variety, but grand scale Ponzi scheme based on the cash now industry that is plaguing the legal profession. Listen in as The Civil Action Attorney Jan Schlichtmann discusses this fraud, it’s impact on the legal profession and the need for lawyers to stand firm against ethical and financial temptations that put their clients at potential risk. www.legalbroadcastnetwork.com
