im 18 and was arrested on trafficking marijuana. I got a lawyer so it was brought down to possession and?
since it was a misdemeanor, i was sentenced to 10 hours community service and 3 clean drug screens…I was over the level for alcohol on both of my 1st 2 drug tests….since i was arrested on a marijuana offense, is the alcohol a violation of my probation (remember im 18). And what is the most likely punishment if it will be called a violation of probation?
Is insurance economical if you have the funds to cover any disaster?
This question is purely about the economical efficiency of insurance vs self-funding.
My hunch is that it is not because not only does the insurance company have to pay medical bills, but they have to pay their own employees, and people taking advantage of insurance, and lawyers.
If somebody knows the percentage of what somebody would pay with one method over another method, I would find that very enlightening.

What are the laws in El Salvador concerning the possession of controlled drugs like Ecstasy for personal use?
I really need help! a friend of mine got caught in El Salvador for having about 30 pills of Ecstasy but he is from Guatemala. He is not involved in any trasporting of it. it was just for personal use.Now he is being held in prison and treated very badly. His leg got hurt in jail and they don’t have any medication. so it’s getting worse. That’s his first time to be arrested for any charge. and he is 27. How do I prove he is guilty of stalking and harassment?
I have been harassed for several months now by someone, but I can’t connect the calls to him in any way (I KNOW it’s him, though). He pays for satellite phones and is very rich. His family is also full of lawyers. I approached them to ask for help but they refused to believe it was their darling son, even threatened to sue me for defamation of character.
I have gone to the police and filed two reports on two separate occasions. They tell me there is nothing I can do so long as I have no solid proof. I would record his calls but as of late he hasn’t been calling me directly, only calling the police and sending them to my house (saying I’m going to kill myself, others, etc.).
What can I do?
Also, can I file a restraining order for this? Do you think a judge will okay it? He has threatened family and friends and swears to follow me until he "gets" me. Again, how can I prove it is him at the hearing for the restraining order?
