The show Dateline aired a show about a little boy went camping with one of his friends and a coach or janitor that worked at their school, and the man drugged the boys and then sexually molested them, the show aired about a year ago. This happened in Fayetteville West Virginia, 2 private investigators from pensylvania came here and found eveidence and proved that the boy died from drugs, the local police officers did not do a thorough investigation, and the private I’s got everything straightened out I need the names and contact info for these private I’s, or contact info for a private I. that would dig in to Mason and Jackson county’sjudicial system and Child Protective services, and see why they are getting away with the things that they are doing. They just take children out of their home when they have no justifyable evidence for doing this,they do not follow their own guidelines and there is no one to make them follow them, I also need a lawyer that dsn’t crack in the courtroom

38 months ago I was run over by a postal worker in a buick that drove thru my store. My lawyer says 3 court orders have been issued for payment of the injuries incurred, but no payments have been made by them. Now after 3 years they decided to fight it and I have a deposition scheduled next week. My question is, can I have the insurance companies lawyer arrested for contempt of court when she shows up for the deposition? If not, why does the court bother wasting time issuing orders? What options do I have? I have done everything the way I should have, but still no progress after over 3 years of pain and suffering and expenses. I cant work because of the injury, and have been subjected to delays, and endless suffering. Would a more direct approach like declaring war on them be more appropriate at this point?
